You know how it goes, The New Year is here, you have al of the resalutions planned , they stick for about the 1st week of January then slowly fad away.
What If I told you that you can program your brain to do these things without even thinking about it.
According to Abraham-Hicks, 17 seconds of pure thought is the ignition point of manifesting. If you hold a thought for 17 seconds, you set in motion that manifestation. The purpose behind this rule is to get you to think purely for 17 seconds, and to have that desire become stronger until it reaches 68 seconds.
How to do it: For 17 seconds you are going to lay down, shut your eyes and think about that goal.

So know that you have pictured your self living a specific way, completing a specific goal/task, it’s time to put it into motion.
Think About it, You automatically get your work cloths out the night before, prepare your coffee maker to go off at 5:30am, get the kids school cloths ready and lunch prepared with out anyone telling you..
Why do you do all this automatically? Because its something you have done everyday, meaning you have made the things you do everyday a routine subconsciously.
You can do this with everything in your life by simply repeating it for 21 days..
The rule is simple enough. Commit to a personal or professional goal for 21 straight days. After three weeks, the pursuit of that goal should have become a habit. Once you’ve established that habit, you do it continually without hesitation.
Make The Decision
First, make a decision. Decide clearly that you are going to begin acting in a specific way 100% of the time, whenever that behavior is required. For example, if you decide to wakeup early and exercise each morning, set your clock for a specific time, and when the alarm goes off, immediately get up, put on your exercise clothes and get to work.
Never allow an exception to your new habit pattern during the formative stages. Don’t make excuses , Don’t let yourself off the hook. If you want to get up at 6:00 AM each morning, discipline yourself to get up at 6:00 AM, every single morning until this becomes automatic/habit.

Visualize
Visualize yourself doing the thing. The more often you visualize and imagine yourself acting as if you already had the new habit, the more rapidly this new behavior will be accepted by your subconscious mind and become automatic.
Finally Reward Yourself
Give yourself a reward of some kind for accomplishing your new habit. Each time you reward yourself, you reaffirm and reinforce the behavior. Soon you begin to associate, at an unconscious level, the pleasure of the reward with the behavior. You set up your own force field of positive consequences that you unconsciously look forward to as the result of engaging in the behavior or habit that you have decided upon.
Hang in there, It is not impossible to form habits and live a healthier more productive lifestyle. if you are willing to put in the hard work you will reap endless benefits !
